Tahoe Art League Scholarship

The Tahoe Art League offers this scholarship to encourage and support South Shore Lake Tahoe High School Students (seniors) who plan to pursue an arts education in any accredited higher education institution.

Scholarship Requirements

1. Applicant must be a graduating senior of Lake Tahoe High School.
2. Applicant must be pursuing an art related degree at a community college, university or technical school.
3. Applicant must submit a statement of their educational and career goals.
4. A copy of their current transcript.
5. Samples of his or her artwork that have been done in the past two years (Preferably matted or framed, if possible) If artwork is three dimensional and too large to present, a photo can be submitted.
6. A letter of recommendation.
7. Financial need may be considered as a final criterion.

 

The student will receive scholarship monies upon receipt of enrollment verification from the educational institution. Verification of enrollment must be received within 6 months of receiving scholarship.

Scholarship applications are due: April 15th
